- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp cold butter (or 85 grams, cut into little bits)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- 3 stalks scallions (chopped, both white and green parts)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream

Preheat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the pieces of cold butter and cut them into the powders using a pastry cutter or rub them into the flour mixture using your fingers. The mixture should turn into a coarse meal with small and medium lumps.
